The Goods and Services Tax (GST) regime has successfully replaced and simplified the system of indirect taxation applicable to the supply of goods and services across the country. GST registration is mandatory for all dealers or entities doing business above a specified limit. It is now possible to register for GST through cost-effective and high-quality services provided by taxwill Limited, an authorized GST Suvidha Provider (GSP) with over two decades of industry experience and presence in India and abroad. The online mode of registration in GST allows individuals and entities to focus on their core business without worrying about any delay or hassle of visiting the government office.

GST Registration Process

Entities and businesses in India are required to complete GST registration online. Entities that do not require GST registration can be greatly benefited by registering on a voluntary basis, and gain legal authority as a recognized goods/services supplier and thus be able to levy GST on customers. Huh. By following some easy steps mentioned here, entities as taxpayers can get many benefits and can achieve business growth.

The GST registration process begins with the filing of the application form. Taxwill enables businesses to save valuable time and efforts through seamless services related to new GST registration, amendment in GST registration, and cancellation of GST registration.

Those applying for registration will have to submit important details after verifying themselves as a taxpayer or a GST practitioner. The details required in Part A of the form are their legal name of business, permanent account number, location of business establishment, contact details etc.

Required documents should be uploaded online for verification.

After filling the complete form including Part B, applicants will be sent an application reference number via SMS or email.

If traders have multiple branches in different states, they will have to complete separate registration process for each state. Businesses with more than one vertical are required to register for each vertical separately.
